We focus on Commercial Lending, which is to say, we help provide any business needing money. We have a very wide range of programs from SBA to conduit, to private equity, to churches. Whether it's for a refinance of current commercial balloons, or new acquisitions; or any business who can benefit from tax-avoidance programs, we can help.

The challenge in our current environment is that Federal Regulations have come down requiring traditional banks to reduce their loan-to-asset ratio to 1:1. In other words, this means that almost all of them need to get loans off their books -- and not to take on anything new. This means that the likelihood of a successful approval with them is extremely slim. And this is where we come in. With a long-developed list of over three hundred fifty lenders, we are actively funding programs that range from the traditional, to the highly sophisticated.
